The psychological toll of this human right's violation is also huge. Imagine being under surveillance & tortured where ever you go. Having a sabotaged reputation, family life destoryed, Some people commit suicide. The rate for suicide in Kentucky has increased. Bio-eletromagnetic Weapons: It blocks the normal processes of memory & thought by remote electronic means, while at the same time supplying false, distorted &/or unpleasant memories & suggestions by means of process called "synthetic telepathy". The equipment that produces snythetic telepathy is sometimes referred to as "Influence technology". While voice's & visions, daydreams, & nightmare's are the most astonishing manifestations of this weapon system, it is also capable of crippling the human subject by limiting her normal range of movement, causing acute pain, organ failure & even death.
