From my younger days I remember this chorus...."Jesus bids us shine, with a clear pure light/..Like a little candle, burning in the night. /..In this world of darkness, we must shine, /.. You in your small corner, and I in mine.".....Jesus claimed to be the Light of the world, (John 9:5...."...I am the light of the world.".......We have no goodness or light of our own, but we can reflect the true Light of God to others..................... created for the "All that sparkles" dual choice challenge, Candles section. 6/1/2012.
