Forgetful and Grumpy's Annual Christmas Letter
Merry Christmas from Grumpy, Forgetful, and Baby. Well, it's hard to believe it's that time of year again when we put quill to parchment for our Annual Christmas Letter. But since I don't want a repeat of last year's Letter Fiasco .... you know, I wrote each one of you dear ones a personal letter, but then forgot where I put them in all the confusion of Christmas baking and decorating and, oh, goodness knows what all. What a surprise when Baby Girl found them all in her nursery toy bin. I don't know how on Middle Earth they got in there! It seems lately that all my projects grow legs and walk off to wherever they please. I think the pixies have been here again, there's no other explanation. anywho, now, where was I???? oh, yes... so as not to disappoint I'm going to write a nice LONG newsy letter for you and then straight away take it to the post. Well, dear ones, we have had a LOT of excitement this year. Baby Girl is on the HONOR ROLL at her preschool this term, and received high marks in mischief making AND wood-carving. We are so proud of her! It's also been a BOOMING year at the Diamond Mines, Grumpus and his pals have been hauling out product by the cartload! Grumpus promised to build Baby Girl her very own Candy Castle in the back yard. She is simply GIDDY with delight. Well, dear ones, we wish you all have a very Happy Yuletide, and Good Fortune in the coming year. Yours Truly, Forgetful, Grumpy, and Baby Girl.... p.s. oh! and I almost forgot to tell you about our Surprise Visitor! She just showed up one day, out of the blue! I can't actually reveal her name, something about a bounty or some such thing, but, I can give you a hint... SPF1000 (tee hee!) I see I've run out of room here, so I'll just have to save that tale for another holiday letter.

wow- the honor roll for mischief and wood carving? I'm sure that we can find a job for her when she graduates. you must be so proud of her! she's so precious, pinch her cheeks from Uncle Happy! as far as that strange visitor, i think she tried to squeeze into a few of our gatherings this year. maybe she followed you home. be sure to keep an eye out, there is something devilish about her.  the wife (bitchy) and i are expecting you and yours at the holiday party. will get back to you on the date
