L'année du serpent-Year of the snake (2013)

La légende raconte qu'un certain nouvel an chinois, Bouddha appela à lui les animaux de la création en leur promettant une récompense à condition qu'ils daignent se déranger. Douze animaux seulement se rendirent à cet étrange rendez-vous, et dans l'ordre suivant : le rat, le buffle, le tigre, le lapin, le dragon, le serpent, le cheval, la chèvre, le singe, le coq, le chien et le cochon. A chacun d'eux Bouddha offrit une année qui porterait son nom, et dans l'ordre de leur arrivée. ***** The legend says that at a chinese new year, Buddha called to him the animals of the creation by promising them a reward if they deigned to bother. Only twelve animals went to this strange appointment, and in the following order: rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. To each of them Buddha gave a year that would bear his name, and in the order of their arrival.
