You see on the title the word best has quotes on it because that is a sign of sarcasm and the sarcastic one is the cat and the cat loves to play with the dog but the dog is sleeping! Poor kitty is just making a face about it. But you guys shouldn't feel bad for the cat because the dog eventually wakes up.
