How to create a blingee♥ 『 ωυα8.♥. 』
Everyone has their own way/ own style of creating blingees. But if you really want an answer to that question, here's how to create an anime blingee: 1 Select an anime stamp 2 Decide on the theme color 3 Find stamps in that color (background, deco etc.) 4 Find a quote 5 Download a square image from the internet 6 Start creating your blingee 7 Add a whole bunch of backgrounds (make each of them except the first one transparent) 8 Add layers of deco 9 Add the anime stamp twice. Make the top one disappear and the bottom one a bit transparent 10 Add the quote 11 OPTIONAL: Add a finishing touch (glitter etc.) 12 Click "save"
