CALLIOPE -- SAD UPDATE: PASSED AWAY 3/10/09

[Created 081208] CALLIOPE THE BUDGIE. My own pet. She is so wild and is a bulldozer with my other pets (2 cockatiels and 2 miniaiture schnauzers). Amazing that this little $20.00 bird can cause so much entertainment and TERROR in the hearts of her fellow pets who live with her. She is a MESS! Would not trade her for nothing, not twenty dollars and not twenty thousand dollars! -------------------- [UPDATE 3/8/09: I HAD THIS BLINGEE ON PRIVATE SO NO ONE COULD SEE IT BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH. BUT I'VE DECIDED TO MAKE IT PUBLIC AGAIN ONLY HOPING THAT IT MIGHT SHOW THAT MY WORK IS MAYBE GETTING BETTER? LOL] ----------------------- ANOTHER UPDATE: Why my budgie passed I'll never know! Early this morning he was making racket with his cage door to be let out to play on the play gym with the other two birds (cockatiels) -- they are let out every day to play and eat and play play PLAY -- and anyway, about 3PM I heard him making a barking sound (not to mimic the dogs) and went out there and found him barely hanging onto his cage door. Nothing seemed wrong from outside appearances but he was weak and dizzy and wobbling and falling over. I set him on the floor of his cage with fresh water and food and he just sat there hunched over. About 30 minutes later I went back out to check on him and he was laying down on his side barely breathing. So I gently picked him up and brought him into the living room and sat in my chair with him cradled in my hands and held him until he took his last breath. DOING SO IS AGAINST TERMS OF USE AND THE BLINGEE TEAM WILL MAKE YOU REMOVE THE STOLEN WORK AND MAY EVEN KICK YOU OFF THE SITE!
