Jim Morrison

Jim Morrison was the charismatic singer of The Doors who disliked autority in a kind of way. He showed his dislike especially in his onstage performances. The concert in Florida is such an example of that. He was arrested because he offended policemen present in a verbal way and he was accused of showing his "thing" on stage. This was not so, but every excuse was used to arrest him. Jim believed that the spirit of a Indian Shaman entered his soul after he witnessed a deadly accident were some indians died. The line "there's a killer on the road" reffered to this deadly accident. The Doors got banned from the stage and Morrison decided to seek his luck elsewhere. He went to Paris to write poetry, lyrics for the new Doors album and to enjoy his freedom (not much people recognized him in Paris). At the age of 27 he was found dead in the bathtub of his Paris appartment. The official statement was that he died of an heartattack. Rumours soon began to emerge; he was not dead and faked his own end, he was murdered, he was the victim of a secret agency...just to mention a few rumours that went around. Even today a lot of people think that Jim Morrison is alive and well. Who knows...facts are that he was a gifted songwriter, a true poet and one of the most charming frontman with a lot of sexappeal. If you see things in this light...Jim never really died.. R.I.P. Mr. Mojo Risin'
