She was allegedly abducted by Edgar Soto. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Edgar Soto on June 16, 2009. They may be en route to Texas. They may be traveling in a white 1991 Chevrolet pick-up truck with North Carolina license plates TVE-6700. Brittney has a scar on her upper left leg and on the back of her neck. CAUTION ADVISED.
