in this contest, u have to have those ppl in ur blingees--u could have blingees of vanessa and ashley, ashley and miley, or even miley, demi, AND selena! u don't have to have everybody in the same blingee but u can if u want. and for the colors, u don't have to have all of them, and if u have a couple more colors in it, that's fine as long as that color isn't the biggest color in it.

Colors: Blue, Purple, Pink, Black
Ends: July 29th
How Many??:3 blingees per person!
