I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN THE 60's & 70's IN THE SOUTHERN U.S., A PRETTY PLACE CALLED KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE, AND WE VACATIONED IN THE SMOKEY
MOUNTAINS (lots of hiking in the forests and much time spent at the creeks, lakes, waterfalls and rivers) & FLORIDA (beaching it), AT 17 WE MOVED TO HAWAII WHERE I LIVED FOR 17 YEARS IN KONA ON THE BIG ISLAND
(I was a huge beach nut, swimming up to four hours a day at times and lying in the sandy quartz in the SUN) ...THEN I MOVED TO CALIFORNIA WHERE I LIVE NOW...I HAVE LIVED ALL OVER LOS ANGELES (and surrounding areas) & (NOW, finally, a more "country" sort of spot,in a DESERT Town OF LANCASTER, CA.
I am finally beginning to adapt and learn to appreciate the beauties of desert life.
