Penelope Platypus

This is NOT a fan character. This is Penelope Platypus, a LITTERALLY FORGOTTEN character. She is a minor Freedom fighter, never mentioned much. Although, mentioned by Buns(Anti-Bunnie)she DID have an Anti that Scourge was romanticly involved with at one point, but they never showed her. So, I juat wanted to share Penelope with you :)
