is there any way that the kids, teens, and adults can be separated here on blingee. i am getting kids that are very young and child like, well could say that about some adults, but i mean some of these kids are like 10 years old. they have total different views from most adults. i go to vote on something and most of the time i skip it for it is something my child would do. i do not vote on them. and i am sure they downvote the adults because it is not one of the x boxes, animes, or a cartoon. i have seen to many blingees in compition that are like this. a good blingee is pushed out because of groups of young kids getting together and just voting on their things. after this week i won't be putting hard work into comptitions for i am tired of voting on cartoons. you have to vote when they come up. no way around it unles you want to take the time to close out and log back in.

Eh, when I have come across the situation you described, I always opt for the blingee that is more on topic. However, if you have two blingees side by side that don't belong in the topic you are voting for you can always click the reload button on your browser. Mine is a circle arrow, not sure what the other browsers are. That button takes me to the next set of blingees to vote on so I don't have to vote on two blingees that are in the wrong topic. I don't necessarily pass up on anime in a topic because it may very well be themed and overall in the right category. Two animes in Gothic, one may very well fit that topic, I'd vote on it. And for the record, I do not make anime blingees. :D But to be fair, when I started making blingees, I had a girl in my circle who was 13 years old and she made some of the most beautiful blingees I've ever seen. I've also seen older people make blingees that looked like a 10 year old made them. :) Just sayin'. And come to think of it, I'm sure some of mine could have been mistaken to be made by a 10 year old. :D :D If you are uncomfortable with underage people being in your circle, or suspect they are underage, you can always remove them from your circle.

@mystique1155 never thought of that technique until now haha just reload. And you're right, pointing out the fact that that some 13 year olds are very good at making blingees, I'm assuming at that age they can grasp such artistic concepts unlike age 10. but then again you gotta start somewhere, at least if the 10 yr olds continues to use blingee until years later they will be very adept at this site.

if the bling is good i vote a 5+++++. but some are so scrambled and not in the right subject i don't vote at all. thanks for the advice. i know i have come across some like in movies that are not a movie. like a dog cage. also why over and over if they do not win something they reenter the same pictures. they are crowding new blingees into nothing. those kids and some adults are just over and over putting the loosing blingees into them. thanks for the advice of reloading for then i can by pass that.

I have a few blingees that didn't even make top 100 several times and hit #1 at a later time but I do agree with each week reentering. I usually run it for two weeks and if I feel that it might have a chance to win, I'll wait a few months to reenter. I used to only do them once but I have a friend who wins #1, #2, and #3 a lot. So I noticed when I went to congratulate her on a winner, she'd entered that blingee again at a later date. She taught me well. :D

Okay, I just want to point out a few things here.

Firstly, anime isn't just for kids. There are a lot of anime series that are not intended or aimed at kids. And there are a lot of anime fans on here over 18, like me for an example. Don't assume anime fans are kids just because it's animated. There are american cartoons like Family Guy and South Park that you wouldn't show to kids as well.
Secondly, we are NOT the ones doing the downvoting! I don't know who started this stupid rumour but don't blame us anime fans for the downvoting. In fact I've seen a lot of anime blingees downvoted. Probably by misinformed people who don't know what it is.
Thirdly, what's wrong with entering anime blingees into contests or challenges as long as they're on topic and follow the rules? So you wouldn't vote for a christmassy blingee in the christmas competition just because there was an anime character? Well, who's acting like the kid now?
Fourthly, there's an anime contest on the homepage and there's a lot of blingees in there that are not anime. It should work both ways. Any blingees entered into contests should be on topic, so blinges entered into the anime contests should be anime.
And finally, I don't know what some people on here think anime is but it seems to get a lot of hate for some reason. Lots of downvoting and lots of challenges saying "no anime or manga!". And lots of people complaining about the anime fans when we're not doing anything wrong. Anime isn't just for kids. And it isn't animated porn or whatever other weird thing you misinformed people think. Take some time to google it and educate yourself.

sorry simple minded here. i truely am and have been told many times. what is an anime? should not we all be together on all this. not fighting. i have read many hate or should i say hard words told back and forth. it seems this person only stated what it does. i don't think the person was putting anime??? down. it just expressed and asked a question. everyone has their right i think on here to do blingees. am i right? if we do not like then pass it by. third time on here and i am thinking me made mistake being on here. maybe others feels same as each of you. i do not know. but i have seen good and bad blingees. sometimes wonder what age made them. even adult blingees looks weird and crazy. yet God gave us creating skills. we use them. like or not we should not be fighting. to me i need this blingee now. holidays hard on me. no family anymore. Merry and Blessed Christmas to all

my opinion, and the fact nobody likes change but take for example the u.s. government changing the drinking law from 21 to 18 and then back to 21. I think Blingee would be better off just making this site 18+ or 13+ for a good while just to beta test the outcome, then at least it will discourage some from signing up, at least those with any sense and that were raised decent.

I agree with lumi-anime-girl. Anime blingees and anime fans should be treated just as fair as any other blingees and users on this site. It isn't fair to immediately label someone as a "child" because of their contest entry being an anime blingee. Things aren't always what they seem.
