Ok, so here's what I'm thinking. For the month of February, let's do something new. Rather than a stamp of the month let's just do a February Theme of Love and Valentine's Day. So, ANY redhead you use will be considered for the group icon as long as it has the Valentine's Day/Love theme AND it MUST have a "RedHeadsRule" stamp to let me know that you want the blingee to be considered for the group icon. All you have to do is search "Redheadsrule". I'll give you a list of some to choose from, or, if you are a stamp maker, you can make your own. I don't care where the stamp comes from, as long as it says "RedHeadsRule".
So, to summarize, to be considered for the group icon the blingee needs three things:
1: MUST have a redhead (of course)
2: MUST have a Valentine's Day/Love theme
3: MUST display a "RedHeadsRule" stamp.
