A question to the group.

I saw Fallout girl's plight, and I was hoping someone can tell me what voting someone down is. It sounds very nasty. I have noticed that I don't get any votes from my anime group. but they put theirs on my page. Also my vintage blingees seem overlooked now a lot in the comps.
